between Fairfax State Savings Bank, and City of Fairfax.
It is agreed that with respect to the deposit account of the City
of Fairfax, account number neither the Thole nor any
part of such deposit may be withdrawn, by check or otherwise, prior
to the date of maturity, which seall be not Less than 30 drys after
the date of the deposit, or prior to the expiration of the period of
notice which must be iven by the depositor in writing not less than
