Purpose of meeting„ Law enforcement and other such scatters to be handled.

City of Fairfax to sign contract with the -,inn County Sheri.ff8s Department
for law protection, Roll Call vote. Yea's R Stallman, J Stallman, R Brecht,
N,ay$s J Zamastil, Abstaining. G Stockton* Carried.,
Clerk to contact. Sheriff Grant to set yap conference with Mayor Shakespeare in
regard to .terms of contract.,
Further discussion held on the "Quarry". If probaims in the area can not be
contained by the Sheriff's dept. the town will be force to declare the area
a public nuisances. and deal with it according to our rcmuncipal ordinances.
Need for a: water & sewer dept employee was discussed„ Clerk, to post notices
at post office and bank advertising for an employee, also to contact Clerk
at Robins in regard to their filing for funds thru the One Federal Manpower

Resolution purposed by James Stallman 2nd. John lamastil,
"Be. it resolved that the Fairfax City Co. ncil, Meeting in special session
4/21/7510 does herek:; advise the Fairfax Baseball Assoc that the bleachers
at the ball diamond mast be repaired as per instruction -riven them at the
Regular council meeting 4/3,/75, and hereby further resolve, that no
permanent home run fence be installed until repairs on bleachers are shade
and a further conference in regard to this matter be held with the Fairfax
City Co ncil."
Copy of this resolution to be sent to Father Ere tbach� and baseball assoc.

Clerk to contact Tom Tjlemland, 'T & K Roofing, as to when he can attend
meeting with council in regard to roof repairs.
