or water lines installed by sub dividers or other should be in the City
Engineers ppecifications..
Fire Station roof discussed again. Clerk to send certified letter to T & K
Roof requesting that they attend December cotincil meeting
Clerk to contact Linn County Supervisors to set up meeting withthem to
disuess the suffacing of E66 (Crain Sin Road)
Disucssion held on water and sewer rates. Sewer rates should be based on
water usage. This would require that all people with city sewer but not city water
install meters on their wells and give the monthly reading to the clerk. Different
rates discussed. Clerk to run a survey on two winter months usage and ewo summer
months usage of water & Sewer. Also to be included as to what effect a raise would have o
on the elderly and fixed income residence. Rat=s to be used for survey are as follows.

Water minimum would stay at $4.00 but for 5,000 gallons per month instead of
present 6,300,
