Purpose of meeting to work on F/Y 76 -77 Budget and other such mattersthat shall occur® Mayor Stallman presiding. Councilmen R Carver, R Brecht, R Stallman present, Discussion held onthe following matters: Clerk to contact Linn County Board of Health to check if they have any square footage per lot requirements in their regulations in regard to putting in septie tanks and water systems within city limits wheremunicipal systems are not available. The footage stated in our new ordinance is 21,750 sq. feet. Hall Engineering to be contacted for a recheck of the construction of storm sewers on the new section of Park Street South Slope to,be contacted in regard to unused telephone poles alongfence row behind Mizners and Lehners and make ineuiry about,tthe problem of hearing on the fire phones Summer recreation program discussed, Councilmen Brecht to contact Cindy Erger who work for Cedar Rapids playground last year, to see if she would be available to run our playgro nd 2 days a week. Resolution passedtransferring $370,10 from Revenue Sharing Funds to the Public Safety Find for the purpose of purchasing another Walkie Talkie Carried Copy attached. Mayor Stallman to contact the commander of the Legion to set up a date for a meeting for committee to be form for the 4th of July Celebration Informational meeting in regard to the change in water and sewer rates to be held January 22, 1976. Zoning Ordinance to be worked on after meeting.- Resolution presented by R Carver 2nd R Brecht setting up'a scheduleof fees and a maintence to be signed by owners of sub divisions that willbe constructing streets, storm sewers, sewer lines, & Water lines. Approved. On motion of R Carver 2nd R. Brecht --Ed Brown and Kathry l?anke were nominated to fill vacancy on the council. Carried Clerk to contact Colony Plo and get a bid for a cold air return in council room, Clerk to send letter to Township Trustees to again levy a 1 ml for fire protection. Budget work started.
