To the Fairfax Town council
The Planning and Zoning Committee recommend that the council
adopt the zoning ordinances as written with the following changes;
1 .A Page 8 ( 4 ) lot area. The recommendation is that the word
"average" be changed to "minimum" width of not less than
60 ft . "Average" coald result in lot width somewhat less
than 60 ft . and be a very narrow lot .
-- Rage 8 (I ) Temporary Residence — The recommendation is to
change the 30 day period to 60 days since 30 days is not
,sufficient time to allow for completion of a d welling.
3 — rage 8 (J) Garage insulation : The recotmnendation is that
the 30 minute fire rating be Hanged to one hour Fire
rating for more safety .
