Zoning committee met prior to council in regard to the issuance of a exception to side yard requirements for garage requested by Russell Olson, There recom ondations,were given to council for their considerations, as follows: Planning & Zoning approve by three affirmative and 2 negative votes to permit Olson to build garage 3 feet from lot line. On motion of R Carver 2nd R Stallml[I Building f•ermit of Russel101son be allowed to build a garage and breesew:a.y three 13) feet from property line to enable him to build hhe garage in such a way that his handicapped daughter would have ample woom to have pnOper-excess to her car and wheelchair.
