Minutes of previous meeting approved.

to outline Mr Ferris's qualifications for the job of jinn County Sheriff
Bill Zamastil attenddd council meeting to ask council's approval of the change
of the location of road in their proposed sub-division. He was told to refer
the matter to P & 2 for their opinion.
Correspondence from Linn County Engineers office in regard to bridgd limit
on bridge *245. Resolution 1 ,10767in reg.ard to placing .a 12 ton limit on this
bridge presented by R Stallman, lard K Hanke. Carried.
On motion of R Brecht lard Ed Brown Wayne Josifek approved as volunteer fireman. Carried
Diseussion held on changing water rates and sewer charges on apartment hollses.
Matter tabled for present,. City attorney to be contacted for his opionionin.
regard to apartment house !zoned as multi dwelling and houses in residential
,oning being used as apartment houses.
Motion to pay bills made by R Carver 2nd R Brectt $ 4 yeas 1 nay. Carried
Motion to parchase warning light for top of city truck made by R Brecht
2nd Ed Brown® Carried.
