Be It Ordained by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, as follows: Section 30.09 Service Pipe, of the Municipal Code of Fairfax, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof. 30 .09 Service Pipe_. No grater service pipe or tap for any building shall be less than three quarter inch in inside diameter. All pipe up to and including 1 1/2 inch diameter shall be "Kr" heavy type copper, except such pipe from the curb stop box and shutoff valve to the building may be 3/4 inch schedule !80 plastic which conforms to ASTM Standard D-1785. All pipe over 1 1/2 inch must be "K" heavy type copper or cast iron. Passed by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, this /9 day of 1977, and approved this _ day of , ,4a: .� s 1977. AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 50.,20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF FAIRFAX, IOWA, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF. Be It Ordained by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, as follows: Section 50 .20 Signs or Markings Indicating Angle Parking., of the Municipal Code of Fairfax, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof. "50 .20 Signs or Markings Indicating Angle Parking. The City Council shall designate and mark the streets or portions thereof where angle parking, if any, shall be permitted.
