No objectors appeared no objections receiver by mail. Motion to 9PPOve final-

for the Community Development Funds. They should be available about September
1, 1977.
DiscussioD held on the purchase of hhe pa-operty for the well, Mot.i_on of
F. Brown 20 R Carver that city purchase the strip of land 30 x 70 that
Dale Netherton offered the city for $4,000,00. Carried, City Clerk to contact
City Attorney for the offer and acceptance for fir Fetberton to sign®
Wood garage doors are to be ordered for the new street building on motion
of Rd Brown 2nd R. Carver, Carried
Ron Busil appointment to the fire department approved on motion of E. Brown
ind R Elanke. Carried
Clerk, ask for suggestion for some one to read the water meters in June.
Council suggested that An Dusil read the meters and at the same time check
for any that are leaking or anything else- that could be wrong with Hem.
18tter read from Urs E. Dontie in regard to the traffic ottErdirie street
and the danger to the children playing in the area. Request for "Caution
Children Playing;" signs was taken under consideration by council, and as
soon as signs can be purchased they will be inst.ol.1'ed, on prairie street
and other streets that have a heavy concentration of small children.
Fairfax Basebell Association Beer permit and Sunday permitwere approved
on motion of F Brown 2nd K Hanke. Carried
Motion to pay bills by Z Brown 2nd R. Carver®
Discussion held on 'the. back stops that are to be built and those wire
is to be installed on. Ed Brown end R Carver to check out the one that
Suburban started and deceid if the poles that were used are to stay
or if they are to be re-,icved and our poles installed.

PURPOSE OF MEETING: Consider new application for liquor & cigarette permit
for Track Inn. Permit for Donald Reynolds approved on motion of E. Brown,
2nd R. Carver. Carried. Living Quarters permit for Charles Reynolds,located
at rear of Track. Inn approved on Motion of R Brecht, 2rd Ed Brown. Carried
