Councilmen R Stailman, R Carver, R Brecht . & K Henke Ed Brown absent. E Mi Ates of the previous meeting approved. Dean Hartman from Area lU informed the cornAl of a youth Conservation project that is available to the city A a 50/50 cost share with the Federal Gover°neent. A. team of S youths plus an adult adviser would be a ailable to Delp with projects , especially in the environmental field , that the city would like to accomplish this suTmer. Virginia Soukup, CiVy Clerk `Dames Stallman, Mayor AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT On the 5th day of April, 1976, Howard F. Powell, d/b/a Powell's Hauling Service (hereafter referred to as "Powell''') and the City of Fairfax, Iowa (hereafter referred to as "Fairfax") entered into an Agreement, a copy of which is hereto attached, Powell and Fairfax hereby agree that paragraph 7 of the Agreement is amended by striking the words and figure "Five Hundred Dollars ($500)''' appearing in said paragraph. and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figure "Five Hundred Eighty Dollars ($580) ." By execution of this Amendment Powell and Fairfax agree that the Agreement, as herein amended, shall be extended and remain in force and effect until June '80, 1978 .
