Discussion held on new subdivision submitted to P & Z and their recommonda.tiona
The subdivision is located on tallman Read and the Frain 'din road® This land'
is oned A- Rural and lots must be one acre in size. Upon check over preliminary
plat it was noted that lots 1,2,3549 & 5 are one acre but lots 6,70, & 9 are
not one acre. On motion of Ed. Brown grad K Pa nke council re ie c t the preliminary
plat and clerk was to advise developer Marion Johnson to redo the plat so that
All lots are one acre in size. -
P & Z recommended to council thaC the Fairfax Crain Company be allowed to
replace the fire da-mared elevator with a round bin and that 'the7 be allowcd to
place it approximately one foot from the side: Ak. Tt was Doted tl;,at almost
all of the pla=ces of business on Vanderbilt street Tswscr=' from 1 to 3 feet from
the side walk.
Motion of Ed Brown 2nd P St.allman tk;at. Fairfax Wain Company was allowed to
glace their new round loin approximately one foot from the sidewalk. Carried.
