RESOLUTION:.APPROVING PLAT
WHEREAS a plat of Benton Jones Addition to Linn County, Iowa,
containing three lots, has been filed with the City Planning and Zoning

Commission of Fairfax, Iowa, and.M EREAS said addition is immediately
adjacent to the city limits, of Fairfax, Iowa, and WHEREAS under the
statutes of the State of Iowa it is no that said plat be
approved by the City of Fairfax,' Iowa ::and after consideration the
same is hereby found to be correct ancl`in accordanc6 with the pro
} visions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the ordinances of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cit y g Plannin and Zoning
