Re: Sewer Capacity at Iowa Street and
Main Street, Fairfax, Iowa
Dear Sir :
At the request of Mr. Ken Selzer we have eyamined the sanitary
sewer capacity in the location of Iowa Street and Main Street and
find that the construction of three 4-plexas will not, add additional
flow beyond the design capacity of the sanitary sewer. We are aware
that an infiltration problem does exist during heavy rains and plans
are underway to correct 'this. The additional sanitary sewage from
three 4-plexes would nol'o, appreciably add to this existing situation.
