Bids were opened from six companies on the purchase of a. tractor,

Alan Vanourney atten meeting to inquire if' will be alright with
the council if he puts a culvert between his trive and Grace Selzer's
property and widens his drive to the west. Council a.ee their approval.
Konica Xoen reminded counail 'that the time is coming near when the well
project is to be f"in .sbed and that they should make the City Engineer !
aware of this.
SOT has did a traffic study of Highway 149 inside the city limits and
on Church street. The daily average number of cars using Church street
is 980.
The second half of Prairie Road Pr�i7dare bill is to be laid but a letter
is to be written out gthete areas that need to be done o er again.
Motion to approve bills made by R Stallman 2nd L Patterson carried
Council. resolution approved the 1978 P I' Street Financ6 Report
DI scussion on changes and recommondations from the Codification ,Service

Zenisk to the Fire Department. Carried.
