RECOMMENDATIONS
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City !

of Fairfax, Iowa, having met and considered the preliminary
plat of KURTZ ' S FIRST ADDITION TO FAIRFA , LINN COUNTY ,
IOWA, does hereby recommend the approval of said preliminary
plat , subject to the showing of an easement for ingress and
