RESOLUTION
The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, having met in
regular session and having received a copy of a preliminary
plat of KURTZ ' S FIRST ADDITION TO FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY,
IOWA, along with a recommendation from the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of .Fairfax, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa having
considered said preliminary plat and the recommendation of
said Planning and Zoning Commission, does hereby approve
a said preliminary plat of KURTZ ' S FIRST ADDITION TO FAIRFAX,
LINN COUNTY, IOWA, said approval being subject to the showing
of an easement for .ingress and egress to said lots along the
Southerly edge of said Lots .
