Minutes of previous meeting a proved
Sohn Peg^ump, 74alford City Cleric, ask that an agreement between the City of TTalf"ord
and the City of Fairfax be written so that Ron Dusi.l, Fairfax Employee, may assist
the City of Valford with testing and consulting in their sewer dept. until they have
trained end certified their employee. Fee to be $5.00 per hour. This amount will
cover wages, use of equipment nt and lake facilities. Letter to be sent Walfor4 Mayor
and City Council f6r their approval.

Letter from D. C. Neuhaus,,(" .P. Fairfax St Svgs Bk) in regard to a claim our
insurance carrier paid, recently on a personal injury claim because of a ,fa.11 an
a, 'broken city sidewalk, Flee recommended that the city fi: :that particular sidewalk
or have the adjoining brad yawner ta.-ke care of it. He also recomgended that city
cheek other deficient sidewalks that need repair. Ci.ty� to repair sidewalk in
question because of claim paid on it. Inspection and repair of other sidewalks
tabled for later discussion.
Motion by R Stallmans 2nd K Hanke guard for tractor to be purchased., Carried
Ron to take truck to Scotties for a muffler and to Crovert at Vewhall for a tune
up.
