Minutes of previous meeting approved.
Gene Fritc'h from Cr eon Engineerinr s tter ed meeting to brinr. council up to date
on the serer improvement project. Dr Q approval for the reptionali3i7ation of t' e
sewer with Cedar R,acids has been received but not EPA's. Mr Fritch has had an
informal i of ormat:.Coal session with C^dar° Ra,-pi s Commissioner Dick Phillips.

from Pairfa.x to Cedar Rapids should be T-ade. Yr Fri'tch genet over several

Don T4all from. Hall. & fall Engineering presented the engineering report and
plans for the auxiliary well.. Receivod- l3 DFQ, acknowledgement of project
with the anticipated time of 5 weeks to approval. FiJD of f.i.cial.s to be� in
Fairfax on 317/79, in regard to the 10'000.00 grant towards the total
cost of this project.. On motion of R Carver, 2nd Leroy Patterson, if an
extension of the completion dead lime is needed we should ask for one
at the time the HUD officals are here. Extension date to be 9/31/79. Carried.
Mr ffn11 stated that the project co:zld be finished by then.
