Carried Monica Moen Community Aide, reported to council of the recent visit by Mr Shoemaker from the HUh office. She reminded council that the Sept 30th deadline is fast approaching and the well project must be finished by then. The housing assistant plan that was approved at time the application for the ew ll grant needs some documentation on how the city plans on impl meeting it. The Iowa DEQ constrc tion permit has been issued so that construction on the well, may now proceed..
