presiding. Councilmen R Stallman, R Carver, K llanke , & V Cerveny present.
Purpose of meeting: Discussion and setting of date for bid lettings on well
and selling of bonds, and other such business that may come before the council.
City Engineer Dian Hall and City Attorney Scott Me ?mead also present.
Resolution passedsetting August 9th as date for taking bids can construction of
cell, on motion of Russell Carver 2nd Ronald Stallman. Carried on roll call vote
(Sae copy attached.) all ayes
Carnage contract to be signed and sent to liawkeye Waste Systems per motion
of ll Carver, 2nd .R Stallman
Bids opened on purchase of a "slide-in" sander for street truck. Star Engineering
$3651.60, Elliott $4801.00. Motion of R Stallman 2nd R Carver to accept bid of
Star Engineering. Carried on roll call vote all ayes
There being no further business meeting adjourned.

Stallman presiding. Councilmen R Stallman, R Carver , K Hanke , & V Cerveny preaent
Purpose of meet-ing: Clairify and correct date 6f bids on well construction. Correct
date is August 7th at 7p.m. Fairfax City hall, and set time for the sale of GO bonds'
for the project.
Resolution 6hanging date of bid letting to August 7th and taking of bids
on the sale of G.O. Dater bonds to pay for same on August 7th on motion of Russell
Carver 2nd R Stallman. Carried on roll call vote Ant ,a-yes
Disatesion on terms of bonds. On motion of R Stallman 2nd K Bank @, bonds to be.
sold can a 5 year pay back at "$5,000. 30 plus interest per year, Carried on roll
call vote. All Ayes.
Discussion:
Cleric to call StarKngr about inverted V in sander, Cable and post to be pulled-
off road leading to lagoon. father Arquitt to be called about letter to Dubugue.
