Motion to approve the following was made by K llanke grad taslman Carried. Upgrading of Existing facilities, Future projects l,pur°chase of the old school to be developed into a community center 2. purchase legit adjacent to present tennis counr°t: for 2nd court, 3. purebase the 3 acre tract adjacent to present park and ball field! for future expansion and placement of pavilion and picnic area® 4. According, to the agreement signed and recordedin July of 1965 rent should be paid by successors in interest on lots in Iowa. IOWA, AND ENACTING A NEW ARTICLE IN LIEU THEREOF. Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, as follows. , 7 Article 1-3.0306 COMPENSATION, of the City Code. of Fairfax, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof. 1-3.0306 CO�TEN'SATION. The salary of each Council member shall be Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50) for each g meeting of the Council attended, not to exceed in any one yeas, One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) .
