minutes of previous meeting a'!pppoved on motion of R Carver 2nd R Stallman,
Price set by council for old sander at $150.00. Cost of $24.00 to be assessed
against Brian Wulf for damage and replace of speed sign knocked down,
Ordinance 83, {changing coning; front Rml to R-3) approved on motion of R Carver
2nd V Cerveny. Carried on yea 0 neys. motion to dispense with 2nd and 3rd.
readings of Ordinance 81 made by R. Carver 2nd R Stallman. Carried on 4 yea, 0 nays.

5 year term. on the Planning, &w Zoning Committee. Carried all 'Yea's

appointed to 6 year term on 'Library hoard..
Charles Boland li_q permit approved on motion of R. Selzer 2nd R Stallman. Carried
Building permit for Bill Faltis tabled until pilot plan is received.
Hawkeye Waste Systems, garbage haulers, attend meeting to inform council df
pending increase asking. , if Fairfax pays landfill fee the cost will go up to
approximately 3.25 per house per month and if Hawkiye guys landfill fee the cost
will be approkinately 3.75, per household per month. They would not be using the
City of Cedar Rapids landfill so they have ask that we do away with our contract
wi'tb the Cedar Rapids landfill. Discuss was held in regard to possible transfer
of our hauling to A.-1 Hauling, a sister company of Ha keye Waste who operates out
of Cedar Rapids. They w)uld be using the CR Landfill and we would keep out contract
with CR. Further discussion to be held on this matter this montb..
Hills approved for payment on motion of R Stall-ran 2nd V Cerveny, Carried,
Cate of budget meeting changed from 1/7/80 to 1/90`80.
