Purpose of special meet in ; to sign garbage contract. . .
Dave & Judy darker, Barker's Sanitation, attended to finalize contract for
garbage service with the City' of Fairfax.

Contract to commence 5/1/810 for a one year period with an automatic renewel
unless terminated by either party giving written notice, A, Reel adjustment
clause was added to contract, Stating that in the evert the price of gasoline
increases ®05� frouri price of 1819®9 per gallon the charge per pickup up will
increase 04c,4 per month. This clause is to be evaluated every 6 aq.onths and
price per pickup will be adjusted accordingly,

motion to approve Corn Crib LiQuOr permit made by R. Carver 2nd R. Shakepsea:re
Passed on roll call vote 5 yea's 0 nays, it is also stipulated that the city
is not responsible for any damages or lawsuits because of or diae to the fact
that the Fairfax Firs Chief signed the application and did a building inspection#
as part of his duties as fire chief,
Cigarette permit for the Corn Crib approved on motion of R, Carver, 2nd K, Selzer

Letter read from the Eldon ysons' in regard to damages caased by children
'playing baseball on the playground near their home, This is item to be placed.
on the a,d enda for the May, 1 council meeting.
Motion of R, Stallman 2nd ka Selzer, City to purchase for $75,00 a storage boat
that can be locked for the chain saw and other equipment. Carried.
