Minutes of previous meetings approved.
Receipts: General accounts: 3,932.42, Reeve Sharing 1 ,176,37, RUT 892.14, Deist
Service
Gene Fritch from Green Engineering attended meeting in regard to the latest
update of the sewer project. The Z & 1 report needs to be amended as Ter I
requested and approved by EPA &DEQ. This recent delay will cost the city
another approximate $39,000.00. On motion of R. Carver 2nd ltd Stallman
the engineering agreement with Greece Engineering be amended to include
the extra engineering requested. It will also have for the first time a
7 % interest clause if billing is not paid on time. Carried.
Mi:nutesof R & Z meeting held 11/3080 recommended to the City Council that
they approve the Selzer Lakesdi.e addition totbe City of Fairfax.
Resolution 1168A consenting to vacation of part of Auditors Plat 318 approved
on Motion of R. Carver 2nd V. Cervehy. Carried 4 yeas 1 abstain, Deed of
vacation is recorded on Volumn 1849, Page 324 11/6/80.
Resolution 1168 approving .final, plat o€ e,lzer®s Lakeside addition to. Fairfax
approved on 4 yes votes and 1 abstain, on motion of R. Caa.r°-ver. 2nd V, ;Cerveny.
City to purchase 28 feet of 241nch gale pipe from 'Linea County to be used as
extension on storm serer at Front and Park street. Motion to approve purchase
made by H. Shakespeare 2nd R. Carver. 8th bend elbow and 2 donnecting bandsto
be purchased also.. .
Joe Schroder building peprmi.t for garage approved ore condition that it dust be
placed 10 feet behind house fand not less than 8 feet from other garage , Motion
made by H. Shakespeare 2ne €t. Stallman. Carried
