Purpose of meeting: Inquiry on building perm't issuance and occupation of homes
before street is in®
Ronald Burger & J.R. Bates ,attended meeting in regard to a lot.Mr Burger owns
and which Mr Banes swishes to purchase. Mr Burger w anted counci.l's assurance
that the individual could be issued a building permit under these ciccu stances.
Mr Banes can get a g6od interest rate if he can build and move into the completed
house within 90 days.
Harold Shakespeare rude motion that pending approval of building permit that
we require a bond of $4,0:00.00 and 107. be depost6d in a escrow account( to allow
occupant to occupy house before street actually paved) The bond should be
given to the city at the time the buJi ldi,ng ! ermit i.ssued-;�,�. The cash amount will
be refunded upon acceptance of paved street, Second R. Stallman. Carried.
