Minutes of special meeting corrected to read $400.10 deposit to be placed with city until a $4,000.00 performance bond is sectireda Deposit to be returned at time board is given to the city. Building permit issued. to J. R."anes for a 24.40 single family dwelling on motion of Ile Stallman 2nd K.Selzer ui.ldingnermit issued to Delman Thoman for a 22x26 garage on motion of H. Shakespeare 2nd Y Cerveny Liquor and Cigarette permitapprove-d` Norman Lines (Approved Builders , Inc) for' tine Five Star Saloon on motion of R. Stallman, 2nd K. Selzer Liquor permit approved for the American Legion on motion of R. Stallman 2nd K. Selzer Ed lllumer to be 'hived as a extra water and sewer back up man, on motion of R. Stallman, 2nd H. Shakespeare. Letter received from the LOOT informing council. of a letting for bridge deck.'.repai:r on Highway 149, This will take place on approzimately 2/17/91. Creen' ngineering amended contract agreed to and signed on motion of K. Sel*er 2nd R. Stallman. Carried. Motion to approve payment of bills made by K. Sezler- 2nd R. Stallman. Carried Clerk to checks on the regulations in regard to empty under ground gas storagd. tanks that have been left empty for several months' and send letter to owners in regard to this matter. City Clerk granted permission to close the office for vacation the week of the l5th of December on motion of H..Shakespeare 2nd R.Stallman. Carried City Clerk to be paid $7.50 per council meeting as of January 1 , 1991 on motion. of K. Selzer 2nd R. Stallman. Carried Overhead door closers tabled until January meeting. Overflow pipe extensions will be dropped because of excess cost. ' Sheriff's contract discussed. Motion H. Shakespeare 2nd Y$ Cerveny agree to the increase of hourly rate increase from $6.00 and hoar to` 7.07, but hours per week to be discussed with Sheriff after January 1, 19nl. Carried The January Council meeting will be held on Monday .January 5, 1991 , beeause of New Years falling on the first Thur°dday of the Month.
