Minutes of previous meeting approved.
Cigarette permit for Probst Kerr Mc Gee stet on approved on motion of i
Rs Stal man 2nd R. Carver. Beer permit and ,Sunday beer permit for the
Kerr McGee station tabled until all insuranceaapr°s and application
completed and returned to council for their approval..
Sheriff sawyer and Capt. Smith paid a courtesy call on the Council . Discussion
by coalncil o-i hours —40 hours a week but spread it across 7 dales, Details
to be worked out and hours assigned.
.Toy Krabmer appointed 'Fire Chief on motion of K Selzer 2nd V Cerveny
Ronald Stallman and Wayne Josifek appointed assistance by the Fire Dept.
Gordon Sorg and Betty Panek reappo'nted to a 5 year ,term on the. l? & 7
committee by motion of R. St,711r�.an 2nd R® Carver°., Carried
Ralph Emanuel rea ppoint to a 6 dear term on the Board of Review on motion
of R. Gamer grad K. Se er Carried.
Two radio control units and Eaur transmitter units for outoznatic door openers
for the fire station to be purchased from Overhead Door Co,
Building permits for Randy Larson for a garage (side :yard mea.sur°ement to he
rechecked) Bu td Siding (Lyle Vance) porch enlargement approved on motion
of R. Stallman 2nd K. Selzer. Carried
Maintence Bond for Water lines , Storm Sewer and Sanitary Service for
Selzer Lakeside addition received from Dave Schmitt Construct:=_on in the
amoa�rat of 1'a9�22, f3 accepted on motion of R. Stallman grad R. Carver
All Ayes except Selzer Abstained.
Bills approved on motion. of R. Carver 2nd V Cerveny. (Linn County Road
bill to be rechecked with County)

Councilment to bring it to the attention of the American Legion that they
should be getting their playas for Hey Day to the Council for their approval.
