Special meeting of the Fairfax City Council. was held 2/"23/81 at bhe Fairfax City
Hall. Mayor-Pro-Tem Russell Carver presiding; Councilmen Stallman, Selzer, Shakespeare,
and Ce rve ray present.
P;ar°pose of meeting: Liq and Cigarette permit for the Bitching Post 'Tavern (Formerly
the Fire Star). can motion of K. Selzer 2nd V Cer°veny Licuor permit be granted pending
completion of the bond and dram shop insurance forms. Carried I
on gyration of R/Stallman 2nd 'R., Shakespeare Cigarette Permit granted. Carried

City hall. Mayor James Stallman presiding, Councilmen R. Stallman, R. Carver.

Mayor Stallman opened the public hearing on the 81/"82 budget. No objectors

Michael Heintz inquired of council rv4their feelings on the installation of an
asphalt Plant on his property located on Williams Blvd' (ha.ghwa.y 143) He showed
co:incil pictures of the purposed plant. He' was instructed by council to rake
,ppplication to the p & Z for his zoning request.

Council advised that the new owner of the property next to the new city well has
volunteered to wove the crass at the well site, Can motion of R. Carver 2nd Km Selzer
Gene Croy to be paid $2.25 for each grass snowing at well site .
