'Minutes of P & Z meeting read, in regardto the rezoning applicetions,
P& Z recommend that the Selzer application be approved and the appl rest i on
of Fayintz be denied.
letters received and read objecting to Mr Heintz application for rezoning
from 02-Commercial to -2 heavy Industrial. Petitions objecting to rezoni_n,
request of Heintz containing 222 signatures were presery ed to the council.,
Discussion held with those in attendance and ter Heintz by council, Mayor
Stallman ask that this rezoning request be table& for 30 days so that an
o fficial public hearing could be held. Motion to table until May 7th
regular council meeting made by R. Carver 2nd U. Shakespeare, Carried on
roll call vote. Carver, yes, Shakespeare , yes, Cerveny yes, Selzer yea ,
Stallman no.
Clerk informed council that we should be receiving our grant increase from
EPA the first part `of April so that we can continue with the sewer improvements.
Duane Carver to be hired to cut the grass on city property this summer,
on motion of H. Shakespeare 2nd V Cerveny materials to be purchased at a
cost of approx $3169.64 to start construction of a 2400 park pavilion,
Russ Carver is to to general foreman on the job to ;supervise any and all
volunteers who would 1 ike .to help. Should be able to complete it in
several week-ends
Building permit approved for the pavilion on motion of V Stallman 2nd V Cerveny.
R. Carver made motion to approve kills 2nd & Sel,zer. Curried
No further business meeting adjourned.
