Bob Frederick, Green Fngi"eeri-ng, led discussion on the revision of sewer
rates. On motion of Harold St'p4 snopre 2nd V.Cerveny rates to he set at
$4.00 per 1 ,000 gallrrns with the mKitmum to he paid (9.00) at the 2,000
gallon mark. All homes now presently on the sewer system but not using
city water will pay a minimum of 524.00 per month or pubase a water meter
and measure their water usagyc and pay on the rate sched"Ied outlined
in ordinances. Carried.
Public hearing on rate changes will be held at regular council meeting
January 7, 1482 7 P.M. 1st reading of ordinance changes will ba held
at that t ime
There being no further business meeting adjourned.

Sheriff Sawyer advised council that the hourly_ price of $7.00 for cities
contract with his office will remain and that it will not be increased thi

be exten,Kd at owners expense . Fire hyrdrant to be installed if main- is more
than 300 feet from last hydrant. Y-ard valve to be installed if hydrant 4s
not. Street improved after water is in. notion to approve V. Cerveny 2nd

broken at the curb. She must protect the pipe under the drive from freezing anO

Purpose of meeting: Public Hearing on Revenue Sharing Funds and Rudget
wort: session. Mayor 5tallman presiding. All Council present
Public hearing on Revenue Sharing; opened at 7 P.M. Discussion held on
appropriation of approximately 43,600.00 of Revenue Sharing, mor:ies .
Two citizens attended the hearing, '.honey to be divided between Librrry
for books (1 ,200.66) Park imnrovewents (ly200.00) and to the Senior
Citizens For a project: to be determined by them (1 ,200.00) .
Public hearing closed at 7:50 P.N.
Regular council called to order- at: 7:40 P,P. Work session on budget
held. Insurance for city discussion held. On motion of N. Shakeseva-rc
2nd V. Cerveny pity will advise our local agent to accept the proposal
