Two quotes were received for the replacement of the windows in City hall & Fire
station. Allied Class for $949.00 and TiGH Class for $680,.00, Motion of V. Cerveny
2nd J. Feight that HGH Class Co quote be accepted and that ttmy be notified of same,.

Discussion held with Elmo Konzen and Tess Fitzgerald from Frontier Coop Spice store
about the lead that occured in the water line in one of the buildings owned by deem.
A total of 553,220 gallons of water leaked unnoticed because building was empty.
City Attorney to be notified and a ruling given to Council on weather they can give
them a p'r.ice break on this bill, on motion of 11. Sbakespeare 2nd V., Cerveny.
Billing to be sent and further discussion on this at April meeting.
City Clerk to contact Farmers Rome and ask for an extension of time needed to
refile pre—application for loan on sewer improvement pr6ject.
Grass mowing project for the summer are to be listed and contract to be written
asking for bids for these jobs. person hired will furnish own mower. & fuel
and will bid job at a flat rate not a hourly wage,
Bills approved for payment on motion of H. Shakespeare 2nd V. Cerveny. Carried

Motion to approve new contract with Clinton Township for fire protection
of certain areas as recorded on map know as Exhibit "A" excluding that
area known as Cedar Terrace Mobile.:Jlome Estates made by R. Carver with
2nd b,.-. V. Cerveny. Roll Call vote . All Ayes.
