Brown & Dyers bills of . $1,379.60 for the replacemmnt of 48 feet of sewer main and installing 10 feet of a new connections to conession stand at ball park. Clerk to send letter to Jim Dyer on this matter. Bills approved on Motion of F. Shakespeare including Brown & Dyers bill) 2nd V. Cerveny. All voting Ayes Clerk to send letter to B. J. Lounge informing them they can not have outside beer garden during Hey Id as they did not submit a plan to council. There being no further business meeting adjourned 11-30 P.M. Motion to approve DJ's Lounge's request to have a outdoor beer garden during Hey Deys, made by R. I Purpose of meeting: Discussion with Rural property owners on easements: 14 People present; representing 8 property owners , 5 local citizens, City Attorney & Green Engineering. Mayor Ad3purned meeting at '8-25 PM do property owners, could have discussion among themselves. Meeting reconvened with council at B.45PM for further discussion.
