Ordinance will be in effect when signed by Mayor , duly recorded and published as
provided by law. All council voting aye.
Discussion held on the building of steelves and files in City Hall. Motion by B,
Otto 2nd B. Balog, miaterial.s to be purchased for this improverient not to exceed;
50.00. Carried. All voting aye.
B. Otto made motion to tiring, tabled item in regard to letter to be written by
council. to EPA in Kansas City hack on the table 2nd T. Berryhill. This letter
to be composed at the council work session and informal meeting on February 2
at 7 P.M. , for final action at the regular council meeting on Marcia 1 , 1984
Resolution 2284A being a resolution setting the time for the public hearing
on the F/Y 54-85 budget as March 1, 1984 at 7 PM, was, presented by T. Berryhill
2nd B. Otto. All voting aye
Motion to approve the bills made by B. Otto 2nd B. Balog. All voting! aye
Motion to adjourn made at 10:30 PM by J. ?amastil 2nd. B. Otto.
