upon the application for volunteer annexation

The undersigned , being legal titleholders , to the herein after deg gibed
real estate , do hereby make written application to the City Planning
pro--. Zoning of Fairfax , Iowa for the volunteer annexation of said
property and state that the said tract adjoins and abuts the present

The real estate sought to be annexed pursuant to this application, is.

and Northwestern Transportation Company right of way in the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section. 10 ,
Township 82 North, Range 8 West , Linn County, Iowa, and the
North 35 . 0 feet of the North 100 . 0 feet of the Chicago and
Northwestern Transportation Company right of way in the Southeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 82 North,
Range 8 West , Linn County, Iowa except the Fast 216 . 4 feet thereof
