The Committee would like to know from the Council how extensive

Some of the recommendations made at the meeting were as I
follows : That a permit be issued by the clerk for anyone
w l sh; ng to park an R. V. or camper in anyones driveway for
the purpose of staying it while visiting., the length of stay
bn limited to know more than 7 days . The permi i ,s could be fr.r v F
This might alimina2e persons living in campers for any
extnnded length of time .

The undersigned , being legal titleholders , to the herein after decri'bed

and Zoning of :Fairfax , Iowa for the volunteer annexation of said
property and state that the said tract adjoins and abuts the present

The real estate sought to be annexed pursuant to this application, is

Northwestern Transportation Company right of way in the Southeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 82 North,
Range 8 West, Linn County, Iowa except the Fast 216 . 4 feet thereof

Now,, Therefore , the undersigned petitioner respectfully ask that the

investigation of the wintin matter and recommend to the City Council
of Fairfax, Iowa, that siad real estate be annexed to the City of
a irfax and 'further that said real estate be zoned. Rural Restricted
District ("A--1 ) and that the City Council of Fairfax , pass a
resolution so annexing siad real estate .
