BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF FAIRFAX
There will be a meeting of the Board of
Adjustment, City of Fairfax, Iowa on May
12 , 1987 at 6 P. M at -City Hall . The
following appeal will be heard : Tim Fairlie
202 Church Street , asking that an exception
to Section 6-5 . 06 (4-B) of the zoning code
of Fairfax, Iowa be allowed and that a
building permit be granted.
