Mayor Peters opened public hearing on Purpose plans & Specification for "Project" Dearing no objections Mayor Peters closed public hearing at 7 : 35PM Councilman Shakespeare moved the adoption of Resolution 7987 "Approving plans and specifications for"Project" 2nd Cerveny. Voting aye Bich, Balog, Cerveny & Shakespeare, Nay None. Absent : Bullock On motion of Cerveny ltd Bach, Mayor and City Clerk to proceed with opening of bids . Carried All voting aye .
