Special Council meeting of the Fairfax City Council was held August 20,
1987 at 7 : 00 P. M. Mayor Peters presiding . Council present : Balog, Bach
Cerveny & Shakespeare . Absent Bullock.
Purpose of meeting : Sewer Lagoon Construction �
On motion of Balog, 2nd Bach, Change order on Schmitt Construction Co .
contract for purchase and hauling of additional clay to construction
site approved . All voting aye .
On motion of Shakespeare , 2nd Cerveny Resolution 82087 "Establishment.
of portions of Prairie, Mickolet , & Front Streets as "haul streets"
and notifing of residents so effected by heavy traffic by US mail . "
Approved. All voting aye..
There being no further business meeting adjourned at 7 : 35 PM on motion
of Bdlog, 2nd Bach. Carried .
