Capital Improvement Committee of the Fairfax City Council was held G : OOPM
4/4/90 . Chairperson, Svoboda, Councilmemeber Hastings & Bullock present
ClenMeisner, City Enegineer also present .
Agenda : Capital Improvement Projects : Set priority ranking of projects .
The five most J important projects to be completed in the next five p
p
e n e to
ten years are : See library building to completion, Curb, gutter and
storm ewer Church St, Vanderbilt Street & Losey Street, Black top
or/cementestreets on North Side of town, Obtain at least 50 acres
on Northwest side of creek for park land, & extend either Vanderbilt
Street or Fairfax Road across the creek.
City Engineer to investigate areas that may possiblity covered by
grants .
