Public Hearing on the Sidewalks was held on Wednesday August
4th, Fairfax Legion Hall at 7 . 00 P .M. Mayor Nading presidingn and
council present Cerveny, Neuhaus and SheelY. Absent Quilli
Peters .
City Attorney Scott McLeod, city Engineer Glen Meisner and
approximately 75 citizens of Fairfax were present .
The discussion was in regard to the letters sent out to repair
or replace existing sidewalks in Fairfax. The citizens were allowed
to express their concerns about the project . No action was taken,
the matter will b e discussed further at the August 10th Council
Meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8: 10 P.m•
