To the members of the Fairfax Fire Department;
As some of you may know I have purchased a home in Cedar Rapids.
I will be moving on Nov. D so as of this date I submit my resignation
from the fire department.I have learned alot from the short time
I was on the department.I would like to thank everyone that had the
confidence in me to put me as an officer for most of my time on the
department.I would also like to thank Ron Zenisek for not only taking
the time he took to teach me about the department but for all the
time,effort,and his own money that he puts into the fire department
THANKS Ron your work does not go unnoticed.I've seen the department
come a long way pence I've been on and I hope it goes even farther.
I would like to see in the future that you get more members into
a first responder class and hopefully the department will go to a
First Responder-D service someday.I'am declining any money that is
due to mey I would like you to put it back into the department.
I'll miss running on fire calls,I'll still keep in touch through
the ambulance service.Thanks to everyone for the years of friendship
and I wish you all and the Fairfax Fire Department luck and keep
moving forward.
Thanks;
