Mayor Sheely opened the public hearing
on the Budget with Neuhaus and Wainwright
present Root arrived at 5 : 00 p .m . Discussion
on the Budget followed , with no objectors
public hearing closed.
Motion of Wainwright , 2nd Neuhaus to
approve Resolution 22194, ADOPTING THE
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30 , 1995 . MC
Motion by Root to adjourn, 2nd Wainwright .
Adjourned at 5 : 20 p .m.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30 , 1995 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' FAIRFAX, IOWA:
The Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30 , 1995 , as
set forth in the Adopted Budget Summary, and in the Detailed
Budget , in support therof , showing the Revenue Estimates , and
Appropriation Expenditures and Allocations , to Programs and
Activities for said Fiscal Year is adopted, and the Clerk is
directed to make the filings required by Law, and to set the books
in accordance with the Summary and Details as adopted.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON FEBRUARY 21 , 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE .
