Members present, Dan Shakespeare , Terry Johnson, Harry Stallman, Dean Hartman, and Denny Heintz , enn e zer was absent . err o nson was appointed Chairman and Dean Hartman secretary. The Board met with Tom Arp and Frank Bellon regarding his investigation into possibly developing the area along E . Cemetery Road , that he owns . Questions raised about required curb and gutter, the original intent of the zoning (Conservation land) , the Flood Plain lines , City Sewer and Water capacity. It was pointed out that run off toward Prairie Creek from the properties needs to be considered . A letter from Kenny Selzer was read . The larger (one acre) lot plan was preferred by the board . The questions was raised about commercial development of two parts of the Arp property. The Board suggested Arp get more specific information and meet again with the Board The Board agreed in general with the one acre lot proposal .
