SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING ® JULY 22 , 1996
Mayor Sheely called the meeting to order at 6 . 35 p .m. . Council
present , Neuhaus , Wainwright and Harville. Absent, Stallman and
Shakespeare .
Terry Johnson requested a building permit to rebuild his garage
that burnt down. Motion by Harville , 2nd Neuhaus to approve the
permit , All ayes .
Terry also requested the ditch on W. Cemetery be cleaned, not
being an agenda item he will have to bring it before the Council at
the next regular meeting.
Motion by Wainwright, 2nd Neuhaus to adjourn at 7 : 00 p.m.
