DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. 1 . BUILDING PERMIT FOR T.L. I . HOLDING CORP. - 63 'X45 ' BUILDING.. . JOHN AND MARY MCGINNESS - HOME AT 50 ST'ALLMAN DRIVE. 3. ADJOURNMENT CITY OF FAIRFAX, Special meeting of the Fairfax City Council met on Thursday July 10 , 1997 , at 12 : 35 'p.m. Mayor Sheely presiding. Council present : Stallman, Neuhaus , Harville and Wainwright. Shakespeare absent, . Motion by Stallman, 2nd Neuhaus to approve the building permit for T . L . I . Holding Corp. , for a building at 96 W. Cemetery Rd. MC. Motion by Neuhaus, 2nd Stallman to approve the building permit for John and Mary McGinness for a home at 90 Stallman Drive. MC. Motion by Neuhaus, 2nd Stallman to adjourn at 12 : 45 p.m. Mark E. Sheely, Mayor Betty Panek, City Clerk a D S©L ARE 313 COMP { Dedicated to Growth w Committed to Quality , DATE: 6118197 CC: TO: FROM: Terry Johnson SUBJECT: P & Z Meeting (Planed Unit Development) A meeting was held to discuss the criteria for the development of a new ordinance for a cul-de-sac In attendance was Terry, Dennis, Harry, Dan, and Tam Dkrzycimski (advisor) Bill presented a plan to develop some land which is currently zoned R2 that he wants to have changed for planed unit development. Tom indicated there is no ineed to change the zoning, that planed unit development is approved within the scope of R2 zoning. He also indicated Bill's development plan is in conjunction with the current city. Fairfax currently does not have an ordinance for a cul-de-sac. This would be required for Bill's proposal. Dan made a motion which was seconded by Harry to have Tom develop a ordinance. The cost would not exceed $148.00. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned.
