FEBRUARY 22, 1999
Mayor Stallman called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p,m. Cozmncd present,Beer,Stockton,
Wainwright,Harville arrived at 7:07 p.m.Absent Shakespeare. �
Dick Ransom,City Engineer,discussed the land acquisition for the new Lift Station, and easements for
the water and sewer lines. After all options were discussed,Wainwright made a motion,2nd by Beer to
accept Tom and Pat Arps proposal of$14,620.,with some revisions to the contract,Ayes Wainwright,
Beer,and Stockton.Nay Mlle. Shakespeare absent.
Budget was discussed.Publication of budget will be February 27h,and the public hearing will beheld at
the March 91'Council Meeting.
Motion Harville,2"'0 Beer to ad iourn at 8:00 p.m,
