Inspections outside of norn-ial business hours $30.00 per hour (minimum charge—two hours) 2. Reinspection fees assessed Wunder provisions of $30.00 per hour Section 108.8 3. Inspections for which no fee is specifically $30.00 per hour indicated(minimum charge—one-half hour) 4. Additional plan review required by changes, $30.00 per hour additions or revisions to approved plans (minimum charge—one-half hour) PLAN REVIEW FEES FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. When a plan or other data is required to be submitted, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for review. Said plan review fee shall be forty percent (40%) of the building permit fee as shown in the Schedule of Building Permit Fees. The plan review fees specified in this subsection are separate fees from and in addition to the basic permit fees specified in the Schedule of Building Pennit Fees. Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan review, an additional plan review shall be charged at the rate shown in the Schedule of Building Permit Fees. TOTAL $ RESOLUTION 99-07-26-3 Concerning Schedule of Fees for Mechanical Permits and Inspections WIIEREAS, the City Council, Fairfax, Iowa, adopted the Mechanical Regulations by ordinance on July 13 , 1999 and WHEREAS, the Mechanical Regulations authorize the City Council to set mechanical permit and inspection fees by resolution.
