Mayor Voss opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.Council present.Scott; Shakespeare, Stockton,
Wainwright.Beer arrived at 6.45 p.m_
Work session—Pat Callahan,Ruan Securites discussed the options for financing the Tower,Water
and Sewer Extensions.Discussion on the budget for FIY 2000-2001.
Wainwright moved to adjourn,24 Stockton at 8 p.m.
