Present were Council Members,JoAnn Beer,Marianne Wainwright,Cheryl Scott.Absent Shakespeare and
Stockton.Board of Adjustment members Balog,Extine,Price and ZamastiI.Absent Everett.
Agenda:Reported and discussed tentative legal matter_
Marianne Wainwright moved to approve the possible settlement agreement,2nd JoAun Beer. 3 Ayes_
Motion by Wainwright to authorize Mayor Voss to sign the Agreement,27d by Beer. 3 Ayes.
Motion to adjourn at 7:27 p.m.by Wainwright,rd Beer. 3 Ayes.
