Wainwright absent, l vacancy. Motion Stocton,2"d Scott to appoint Mark Ekstrom to fill the council vacancy. Ayes. Motion Beer,2"'Stockton to approve,the agenda,minutes of the August 80"council meeting, clerk's budget and financial reports.MC. Wainwright arrived at 7:05 p.m.Denny Heggen, Waste Management,discussed the changes in the garbage pickup.Motion Beer,2"d"Ekstrom to accept the amended contract where they will pay the landfill fees and pickup days changes.MC,.`"1Che residents will be notified by letter,and also in the newsletter when the change will tape place. By changing the pick up day to Tuesday we will be able to complete the service in a more timely manner and improving the service to your city.
